Welcome to Christal Beauty! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our salon's services. By accessing this website or using our salon's services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our services.

2. Salon Services:
Christal Beauty offers a range of luxury salon services including but not limited to hair styling, hair colouring, manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing, and massage therapy.

 

3. Appointment Booking:
Appointments for salon services can be made through our website, over the phone, or in person at our salon. All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments at our discretion.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
To cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Anything after this time will be charged in full. Alternatively, to reschedule please contact us at least 12 hours prior to your appointment. Anything after this time will be charged in full.

 

5. Pricing and Payment:
Prices for salon services are listed on our website and may be subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of service, with a deposit required during the booking process. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment (Apple Pay, Google Pay etc).

6. Gift Cards:
Gift cards purchased from Christal Beauty can be redeemed for salon services only and are non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. 
E-Gift Cards are only available for redemption on Christalbeauty.com, Physical Gift Cards are only available for redemption in-store, at Christal Beauty Salon. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed when purchasing a plan.

 

7. Customer Conduct:
We strive to maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all our clients. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves in a disruptive or disrespectful manner.

 

8. Liability:
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our clients during salon services, Christal Beauty and its staff will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or as a result of salon services.

 

9. Privacy Policy:
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal data.
