our staff will not tolerate any rude or disrespectful behaviour.

Therefore, we would ask that you comply with our expectations and treat our staff with kindness and care as they deserve.

At the discretion of the beautician, you may be asked to leave.

Deposits/REFUNDS

Please be aware, all deposits are non-refundable. In some instances, we may return your deposit money to your original payment method however, this is at the Staff's discretion.

Patch Test

We request that all customers book a Patch Test at least 24hrs before their treatment.

We ask this as our products may not suit all skin types, especially those with sensitive skin.

Please note by not receiving a patch test prior to your appointment, you ACCEPT the risk and therefore Christal Beauty is NOT liable.

ALSO, IT IS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE BEAUTICIAN  WHETHER YOU RECEIVE YOUR TREATMENT  WITHOUT A PATCH TEST.
