Service Description
First, your therapist asks you about the level of pressure you prefer and helps you onto the massage bed. Once you are ready, your therapist begins by warming your muscles with light compressions. Then the therapist combines long, flowing strokes with precise trigger point release holds and checks to make sure the pressure level is adequate. After the massage, your therapist discusses a self-care plan and recommends a follow-up treatment, if necessary. Only after this treatment do you realise how much stress and tension you were holding in your face.
